The Lillian Meighen and Don Wright Foundation is a private charitable foundation based in Toronto, Canada.

THE FOUNDERS

The Foundation is named after Lillian Meighen Wright, a philanthropist and the daughter of the Rt. Hon. Arthur Meighen, the 11th and 13th Prime Minister of Canada, and her husband Donald Wright, an accomplished musician and choral director. Lillian and Don Wright had a life-long love affair filled with music and good works. Don cherished Lillian, and considered her his partner in everything, including producing his radio shows, as well as his children! Now, with The Lillian Meighen and Don Wright Foundation, their wonderful legacy continues.

HONORARY PATRON

Priscilla Wright, the daughter of Lillian Meighen Wright and Donald Wright, as a child, became the youngest Canadian to ever have an international hit record, topping charts around the world. Since then, she has continued singing in the U.S., Europe, across Canada, and has been twice invited to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in the last few years. She is thrilled to be part of her family’s continuing legacy.
